It was said its going to be india's revenge match against the bangladeshis after the minnows beat them in the last WC to give a heart break to the cricket crazy nation.well,am not that big supporter of this revenge theory as no matter how many times we beat them now,it cant bring back the lost ground.
But,Virendra sehwag already declaring this match that way much was expected from the man himself and didnt he delivered.A blazing innings from a man who made a statement recently that he wanted to play a for longer periods in one day matches.Well,glad to inform you it was the first innings after 7 years when he batted for more then 110 balls.He outplayed Bangladesh with a beautiful partnership with the 'boy turning man' Virat Kohli.All praises for him on putting up another great show.
Bangladesh played well too to be honest and might have set up goose bumps in supporters of team India about their bowling.well,i am not that concerned actually.you see,theres always this risk when you a play Sreesanth.He is a digital bowler its either a high or a low in his system,unfortunately it was a low today.with so much dew around part timers weren't expected to work wonders anyway so not so much to worry about.Munaf,Zaheer and Bhajii bowled excellently and probably with a Chawla against teams like SA and ENG(spinner envy teams) and the "best batting line up in the world" team looks all set to convert the hopes into achievements.Feel good guys this team is good enough!
